The benevolence ministry at Cottonwood Creek Church is committed to supporting and encouraging members, regular attenders, and those outside of our church to be empowered by God to reach their financial obligations and to obtain spiritual awareness and direction.

The following application must be complete before we are able to consider your request. The benevolence team meets weekly to review applications. Each request could take up to 7 business days for processing. The benevolence team reserves the right to decline assistance without explanation.

Please note:

• Financial assistance is limited to basic primary needs (housing and utilities excluded).
• Cottonwood Creek Church does not provide assistance with rent deposits, rental assistance, mortgage, credit cards, late payment charges/back rent, dental/medical bills, tuition, attorney/legal fees, cable bills, utilities, or reconnection fees.
• Cottonwood Creek Church DOES NOT award cash or make checks payable to the applicant under any circumstances
• Cottonwood Creek Church does not allow checks to be picked up at the church. All checks will be mailed out to the third party.
• Applications received without proper supporting documentation are considered incomplete and will not be processed.
• The name on the application MUST match the name on the bill to be paid. There will be no exceptions.
